Home is located in a wonderful neighborhood near downtown Phoenix. Close to restaurants and sports facilities.

House was perfect and in a great location. The arts district is awesome. So much art and culture in the neighborhood.

We had a great stay at Kyra's home! The house is as depicted on the pictures and is clean and has all the amenities needed. It is centrally located in PHX with easy ingress and egress. Kyra is a great hostess and is very easy to communicate with. She helped make our stay very easy and comfortable! We highly recommend staying at her property if you are ever in PHX!

My family and I loved this place! Super cozy and makes you feel right at home. The rooms are just as described with incredibly comfortable beds, very cool little hangout spot in the living room and a nice kitchen. The host was great and very responsive which is always a huge plus. Easy to check into as well with clear and simple instructions. Would stay here again, definitely recommend!

We loved the location and backyard area for our dog, it was very convenient to a cute park for dog walking. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet as well. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout was good for our needs. I recommend this stay for those with pets as it's a super pet friendly home!

Kyra’s place was clean and comfortable. The home was spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood felt very safe. We had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again. If you are a night time reader bring a book light as there are not bedside lamps. Also the back patio is very well lit and we couldn’t find a way to turn off the outside lights which shined brightly into the bedrooms. Bring an eye mask.

Let's just say this was an awesome experience. We loved this place. We were very sad to leave. Kyra was responsive and an excellent host. If we ever come to Phoenix in the future, we know where we will stay!!

Beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. Close to several excellent restaurants and coffee houses. Clean and comfortable home with well stocked kitchen if you choose to cook. Host was very responsive.

We loved the neighborhood since it is very walkable, and near to coffee shops and restaurants. The beds and house are comfortable and well appointed.

We were happy enough at Kyra’s place. She was responsive and we appreciated that. The bedding looked fairly worn and could be replaced, especially pillows. There is another house on this property. On our final night there was some sort of domestic dispute at the adjacent property. It was loud and scary. Police were called by host staff as well as us. It took several hours for the police to respond (not fault of host). But this resulted in us being disturbed by Phoenix PD at about 1:30 AM to discuss what had occurred and caused us to call for their service. Not a good final night.

we had a mother/daughter weekend at Kyra's house. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. I enjoyed sitting outside reading ans was so excited to see an orange, lemon and lime tree in the yard (I'm from Wisconsin). Kyra was very responsive with any need or feedback from booking through to departure.

Great stay. Spacious, excellent layout for our group of three, with bedrooms well-spaced for privacy and gathering spots inside and out. Well-appointed kitchen and baths. Easy to get to/from and felt close to everywhere we wandered over the course of the week. Excellent value, quiet, central, and ultra-convenient!

Loved staying here with my family and a great place for our dog. Very clean house and the location was great for all the places we went too. Highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time. I have been going to Phoenix Az quite often now that my son relocated there and getting to see good and bad neighborhoods. Let me tell you how thrilled I was to have come across Kyra's beautiful home. Not only did home meet our expectations but the neighborhood was so lovely. Wow!!!! So quiet and so cute well maintained homes. Close by about an 8 minute walk we tried a new favorite restaurant to add to our list of goto's Totemados Tacos al Carbon. I recommend anyone visiting Phoenix Az and booking through Airbnb really consider staying here. Loved it!

Great location and the unit was exactly what we were expecting. Kyra was communicative and it was easy to get in and out of the unit.

Kyra was extremely helpful and responsive, and even allowed us to check in an hour early so we could get ready for our wedding vow renewal — which we truly appreciated. The home was clean, cozy, and the mattresses were super comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the neighborhood as well, very dog friendly. The kitchen was well laid out and the appliances were very good. The bedrooms were large , with 3 king beds ! We would absolutely consider staying there again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Kyra’s place this week! The house is in a great location, I felt safe in the neighborhood, and the Airbnb was extremely clean and well kept.
